We previously used another vendor for transit benefits which was very time comsuming for us.  The vendor required the employer to be the ticket booth for our employees.  We had to purchase various transit passes / cards and then distribute them to the participants base upon their selection.  In 2008 we discovered the Swipe-N-Save program. Swipe-N-Save saves us hours each month and the participants are much happier because they have more flexible options for their individualized commute. Swipe-N-Save also provides a parking benefit which was not available from the previous vendor.  Parking is important because it provides additional tax savings for both the employer and employee who has to pay for parking at a commuter lot. Swipe-N-Save is great.
